I love chili but I always make it with organic mixed beans and a little bit of brown sugar.  When I took my Whole30 journey, I made some Paleo Chili and it was really good. My dad says that real Chili doesn’t have beans, so he loves my Paleo Chili (just don't tell him how healthy it is)! I also love making chili with Bison!
